Your registration obligations By using Ostur.ee services, you agree to:

1.1  Provide truthful, accurate and complete personal information as required by the Service Registration Form;

1.2  When using Ostur.ee products, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for any action that may be taken using your password or your user account;

1.3  Immediately notify Ostur.ee of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security;

                                                 2 The process of purchasing the paid service;

2.1  In order to purchase the paid service Ostur.ee, a registered Ostur.ee user must fill out the service application form;

2.2  To pay for the Ostur.ee service, you can use bank transfer payment;

2.3  If you choose bank transfer, you will receive an invoice, which can be paid both via online banking or in person at any bank;

2.4  After receiving the payment, your paid Ostur.ee service will be activated within 2 business day;

2.5 Ostur.ee assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, defective delivery or inability to store user communications or personal settings.

2.6 Ostur.ee  is not responsible for the content that you post, send, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service. You acknowledge that when using the Service, you may come across content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Ostur.ee shall have no liability whatsoever for the Content, without limitation to any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or expense incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, sent, transmitted or otherwise made available through the Service;

                                             2.7  You agree not to use the Service to:

2.7.1 Post, send and/or forward, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, related to torture, torment, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, slander, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise problematic, as well as content that violates personal privacy rights;

2.7.2 Realise discrimination of any kind, including race, skin color, ethnicity, minority, etc.;

2.7.3 Abuse the name of any natural or legal person or misrepresent your affiliation with any natural or legal person;

2.7.4 Falsify or manipulate personally identifiable information by disguising the origin of any content transmitted through the Service;

2.7.5  Post, send and/or forward, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that cannot be legally, under the applicable laws or custody provisions, communicated to others (such as confidential information obtained or disclosed in the course of employment or non-disclosure agreement);

2.7.6  Post, send and/or forward, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any party (hereinafter Rights);

2.7.7  Post, send and/or forward, transmit or otherwise make available any unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, other advertising content (junk mail, spam), chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other type of unwanted material;

2.7.8  Post, send and/or forward, transmit or otherwise make available any material containing computer viruses or computer codes, files, programs for the purpose of interrupting, destroying or restricting any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment;

2.7.9  Violate, with or without intent, any applicable local or international laws;

2.7.10  Harass or otherwise intimidate others;

2.7.11  Collect or store personal data about other users;

3.1  The Ostur.ee portal is an information service and does not accept complaints related to the purchase of certain GOODS AND SERVICES placed by subscribers of our service.
